This beautiful brownstone is located in one of the wealthiest zip codes in America, in Manhattan’s Upper East Side on 74th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. Set in a residential area in a quiet, secure building, these loft and one-bedroom apartment suites feature elegant decor, lavish furnishings, comfortable living areas, and fully equipped kitchens.The loft apartment sleeps four comfortably and features a double bed in the upstairs loft and a memory foam sofa bed in the living room. The one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor and nicely accommodates four with two double beds in the bedroom and living room with sofa (non-sleeper). The suite is located on the fourth floor and features a large room with two double beds, a smaller living room with sofa (non-sleeper), and full kitchen.

The studio apartment is located on the fourth floor and contains a double bed, kitchenette, and marble bathroom. A single cot bed is available for a third guest. Each of the apartments includes cable TV and VCR, alarm clock radio, air conditioning and all linens and towels.

Keep straight onto Queensboro Bridge. Keep straight onto ramp. Road name changes to 59th Street Bridge (Queensboro Bridge-Lower Level). Keep straight onto ramp towards 2 Avenue-South.
Keep right to stay on ramp towards 60 St West. Bear left onto East 60th St. Turn right onto 3rd Avenue.
Turn right onto East 74th and continue to the property. 254 East Vacation is a brown building with wrought iron gates, located between 2nd and 3rd Avenues.
